1Does LaCura take walk-ins?
The short answer is we are by Appointment Only. LaCura Salt Spa is a boutique spa with no more than two to three therapists in the building at any given time and our seating capacity in the Salt Room and Infrared Sauna is limited. All of our Therapists and Coordinators are highly trained with hands-on experience and have a passion for wellness. By reserving your appointment in advance, we can assure that your therapy is well prepared to accommodate your health needs.
2How far in advance does LaCura book out?
If you know you are going to want a weekend appointment, try and book it two to three weeks in advance. During the week we can usually get you in next day. Very rarely can we make same day appointments.

4Arrival Time
On your first visit to our spa, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete the necessary paperwork if not already completed prior to arrival. And, to relax a moment before your session begins. For returning guests, we suggest arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
5Changes to your Appointments
Your appointments at LaCURA are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hours-notice for any changes, or cancellations, to your appointment. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clients.
6Our Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it prevents another guest from enjoying our services. In the event we do not receive the required 48-hour notice for appointment adjustments, cancellations or no-shows, your appointment is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). If you have purchased a multiple visit package through LaCura or Groupon, a “No Show” will be processed as a visit and deducted from your package. 7Payments
We accept cash, debit/credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Wallet cards, SpaFinder Gift Cards, and LaCURA gift cards. Please note that we charge a 3% fee for credit card usage.
8Spa Etiquette
Our goal at LaCURA is to provide a quiet, relaxing, and healing space. We ask your refrain from using your cell phone once entering the spa and putting your phone on silent. We recommend not taking your phone or other electronic devices into the salt room or the sauna, due to the salt and heat these therapies produce.
9Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/Exchanges are up to the discretion of the Management and All Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for Cash. Use of gift certificates sold at a discounted price cannot be combined with any other promos or discounts being offered. Gratuities are not included in the purchase price of Gift Certificates (customarily 18-22%).
